FANTASTIC experience at Flagship! I just purchased a pre-owned B-Class electric Mercedes at Flagship and had a FANTASTIC experience. My hairdresser has leased multiple cars from Flagsh I just purchased a pre-owned B-Class electric Mercedes at Flagship and had a FANTASTIC experience. My hairdresser has leased multiple cars from Flagship over the years and told me if I was looking for a Mercedes I HAD TO go there and HAD TO ask for Julia (Julialisa Papagno). She said Julia "gets it done" and makes the process quick and painless. She was so right. When I received an alert that the car I wanted was available at Flagship, I called Julia in the morning and made an appointment to test drive that afternoon. The car was great and Julia was very knowledgeable about it. I decided on the spot to buy it. I dread the car buying negotiation process so I appreciate Herb Chambers' Smart Pricing (i.e., no-haggle). Based on my research, their price was fair and you can't beat the convenience. Julia pulled together the paperwork right away and the Finance manager processed everything quickly. When I said I'd have to wait until the weekend to pick it up so I could get a ride, Julia offerred to have someone from the dealership pick me up the next day instead. Really nice touch (Skip was super friendly on the ride). When I got back to the dealership, they had already dealt with my insurance agent, processed my registration, gotten my news plates and detailed the car. Julia greeted me with a dozen roses (!) and then the Product Concierge, Chris Kosivas, walked me through the functions of the car and sent me on my way. So, about 24 hours after walking into Flagship, I drove out in the exact car I wanted, at a fair price. It almost seemed too easy! Even though I bought one of their less expensive models, they treated me like a VIP. I would definitely recommend Flagship, and Julia specifically, to anyone. More

I convinced my husband , a long time Lexus guy to go to Flagship and he was very impressed . From Julia in sales, Fantastic lady who found the perfect car for both my husband and myself . Chris took the time to show us every little thing in the cars with such a soft mannerism. Justin in finance, great guy found the best deal. And of course , Danny in Service , the best ! Danny gets me in and out as fast a possible. Treats everyone with white glove. I love this team... they truly exemplify how to work together to produce the best results. Julialisa the sales rep was very friendly and easy to deal with. Jason was very good describing all aspects of the finance end including additional warranty options. Paige the assistant did an outstanding job with the logistics such as preparing the vehicle for a test drive, and in particular her attention to detail when it came to going over all of the technology that comes with the vehicle. I can say that I haven't had any questions yet regarding use of the technology. My wife loved the roses - that is a nice touch. I would recommend this dealership, and in particular the folks that dealt wit. More

A new feature that you have just added was that of a technical assistant by the name of Paige Babcock. What an excellent innovation you have provided and in the sales of your vehicles. Paige, at the initial purchase of the vehicle was thorough, patient, and welcoming of any service that she could provide in the future days. I, twice, contacted this young lady and she was most accommodating when she met me in this unique, and challenging C300 vehicle. Praise to Paige in assistanting me in this fifth Mercedes-Benz that my husband and I have purchased through your dealership. I know in future times, if during my service visits to Flagship Motorcars, I will be able to call on Paige and she will welcome any question that I have to ask.
