They did everything they could to accommodate our needs/wants. We love our GLC300! When we picked up the car Chris took the time to go over every feature of the car. Between the experience of Julialisa Papagno and the product knowledge of and demonstrations by Christos Kosivas, we arrived at the GLE43 coupe. Julialisa located the exact build specifications we had set out for and was able to work out an excellent deal on the vehicle including assisting us with a trade-in that we were upside-down on. Excellent experience, patience, and knowledge on behalf of both Julialisa and Christos earn them very high marks in my book. Would certainly recommend to anyone in the market. More

My hairdresser has leased multiple cars from Flagsh I just purchased a pre-owned B-Class electric Mercedes at Flagship and had a FANTASTIC experience. My hairdresser has leased multiple cars from Flagship over the years and told me if I was looking for a Mercedes I HAD TO go there and HAD TO ask for Julia (Julialisa Papagno). She said Julia "gets it done" and makes the process quick and painless. She was so right. When I received an alert that the car I wanted was available at Flagship, I called Julia in the morning and made an appointment to test drive that afternoon. The car was great and Julia was very knowledgeable about it. I decided on the spot to buy it. I dread the car buying negotiation process so I appreciate Herb Chambers' Smart Pricing (i.e., no-haggle). Based on my research, their price was fair and you can't beat the convenience. Julia pulled together the paperwork right away and the Finance manager processed everything quickly. When I said I'd have to wait until the weekend to pick it up so I could get a ride, Julia offerred to have someone from the dealership pick me up the next day instead. Really nice touch (Skip was super friendly on the ride). When I got back to the dealership, they had already dealt with my insurance agent, processed my registration, gotten my news plates and detailed the car. Julia greeted me with a dozen roses (!) and then the Product Concierge, Chris Kosivas, walked me through the functions of the car and sent me on my way. So, about 24 hours after walking into Flagship, I drove out in the exact car I wanted, at a fair price. It almost seemed too easy! Even though I bought one of their less expensive models, they treated me like a VIP. I would definitely recommend Flagship, and Julia specifically, to anyone. More

Julialisa the sales rep was very friendly and easy to deal with. Jason was very good describing all aspects of the finance end including additional warranty options. Paige the assistant did an outstanding job with the logistics such as preparing the vehicle for a test drive, and in particular her attention to detail when it came to going over all of the technology that comes with the vehicle. I can say that I haven't had any questions yet regarding use of the technology. My wife loved the roses - that is a nice touch. I would recommend this dealership, and in particular the folks that dealt wit. More
