Even though I was the last deal of the evening on a Friday night, they didn’t make me feel rushed but important and valued. Everything moved along at a steady pace and everyone was so friendly, just like being around family!! My sales person Ratish took my vehicle back to the Detail department, brought it back perfect and beautiful!! He and even topped her off with a bow when he brought it back while I wasn’t looking! Julian, Grant and Fritz did magic with my numbers and even played me a theme song and cheered for me when I came out of finance!! I couldn’t ask for a better experience on my 3rd Mazda!!! More

Great Experience I probably drove past 3 other Mazda dealerships based on a email reply back from Nick in sales and could not have been more happier with the experienc I probably drove past 3 other Mazda dealerships based on a email reply back from Nick in sales and could not have been more happier with the experience. I pulled up and saw the car that I specked out with Nick over the phone and it was sitting in front ready for me. Nick came out and greeted me with a smile and was super hospitable. Nick answered all my questions and explained a lot about the car I didn’t know. To sum it all up, this was probably the best car buying experience ever for me from the emails and calls to the very fair price and total experience, just great! I will see this dealership again for sure. More

Garrett is so patient! I went to Mazda of Elk Grove last weekend, not sure what I was going to get, if anything at all. Garrett told me about a few new Mazda 6's. I immediat I went to Mazda of Elk Grove last weekend, not sure what I was going to get, if anything at all. Garrett told me about a few new Mazda 6's. I immediately realized by Garrett's description that I definitely wanted one. There were two that I was deciding between, and basically the only difference was the color. Garrett drove me to and from the two cars, that were on opposite sides of two lots multiple times, because I was so indecisive. If Garrett was annoyed, as I was at myself, he did not show it. Garrett's enthusiasm, kindness, and patience is how I finally chose my new snowflake white Mazda 6, and I love it! More

He made me feel more luxury at Mazda than I felt at the last luxury dealership I was at that I spent $30k more. He was extremely througho in explaining the cars features and getting me in the vehicle that fit for me. I love that Mazda has that luxury feel without the luxury price. Matt, who we had started conversations with via email wasn't on site, so Ryan took over and showed us a few vehicles. His approach felt much more like he wanted to teach us about the cars, not just "sell" them to us. He was super easy-going and knowledgable and we stayed in contact about some incoming inventory over the next few days. On our next visit we purchased, and it was the least stressful new car purchase we could have imagined. It was apparent that Ryan really cared about both our buying experience and budget, and together we worked out a deal that we are happy with. We would send our friends to him and Mazda Elk Grove in a heartbeat. More
