The service was great. The service was very good; however, when my car was finished and I went to leave it was pouring rain. The covered area where my car usually is after s The service was very good; however, when my car was finished and I went to leave it was pouring rain. The covered area where my car usually is after service was full with cars and mine was outside at the end of the building. I had to walk in the heavy rain to get it. I went back today to have my other car serviced and asked what were all the cars parked on the covered area. It seems that these were employee cars which is very inconsiderate of the customers. Employees should have other parking. More

Excellent Service!!! I will only trust Secor Mitsubishi with my Outlander. I recently had to purchase 2 front tires at a different shop over the weekend. They wound up str I will only trust Secor Mitsubishi with my Outlander. I recently had to purchase 2 front tires at a different shop over the weekend. They wound up stripping a lug nut, lying about it and trying to schedule expensive work to replace what they deemed to be the screw and hub!!!! I went to auto palace and purchased a lug nut for $3 and put it right on. I Left a message with Secor on a Sunday hoping to schedule a balancing of said tires as the steering wheel shake was enough to remove a molar. I managed to leave my phone home on that following Monday (Yes!! it was a horrible weekend/week..lol) and mistakenly scheduled an appointment with Secor Subaru. I showed up and presented to a mystified Julie Mei, service advisor, believing I was early for my appointment. Julie pieced the puzzle together and was still able to get me in for service. Randy, service tech?, has always done an excellent job and this time was no different. The car drove straight and true with not a wiggle in sight at any speed (legal of course!). I highly recommend them to all my friends, family, and strangers alike. Exceptional service!!!!! More

Lotus Service My 2014 Lotus Evora had a check engine light and an occasional engine stalling issue. The problem with the car was a serious one after it was analyzed by their mechanic Randy and led to an engine replacement. This was a big job, well done by Randy, and the car is running great again. Good people all and the have a real talented mechanic in Randy ! More
