Advisor tried to sell some service whenI told her that I do not want that service and I had a left a message to cancel the service, she she can’t. I have to tell her that I need a manager to cancel that ser do not want that service and I had a left a message to cancel the service, she she can’t. I have to tell her that I need a manager to cancel that service. I do not think this is the correct approach. You are losing my trust because it is not the first time. This is happening every time. Good availability but service rep was abrupt and rude. was not invited to the desk for price review, no costs were disclosed until service was completed. Was deterred from purchasing more services, made an insensitive and ignorant comment about a religious artifact in my car. Knew I had not been there before but did not explain where to get my car after car wash until I asked, car was washed and the antenna was removed, I was not aware and when I was driving and had to brake suddenly the antenna flew across the dash and into the face of my passenger. Very dangerous and rude not to tell me that had been done and I had to put it back myself. More

Everytime I have my truck serviced something is not completed.... this time the windshield washer fluid was not filled, which should be part of the oil change service. When I pulled into the service bay, there were only two other cars. I arrived at exact time of my appointment and there were at least 6 or more people in various places. I waited for a time and then real other cars. I arrived at exact time of my appointment and there were at least 6 or more people in various places. I waited for a time and then realized the other two cars had moved on and everyone was going about their job but no one had acknowledged me. I finally walked to the service manager desk to ask for help and he went over to a customer service person who soon came over to check me in. After waiting over an hour and a half for an oil change and tire rotation, I got a noice that I needed a new tire because of a puncture. In trying to decide what tie to purchase, I mentioned that I had Yokohamas on the car now. The service rep proceeded to argue that I didn’t but had another brand. I decided not to press the point and had the bad tire replaced. That took over another hour. When I went out finally to get the car, I checked the new tire and verified that indeed the other three were Yokohama tires. All in all not impressed with this trip to the dealer for service. More
