I was not very familiar with all the buttons and features of the Honda CRV, which I bought. She answered all of my questions and concerns. Plus, Juiie provided helpful hints. I calmly drove away in my new beautiful Honda because she had me first drive it on the highway with her in the passenger seat. Julie and all the people at Honda that I interacted with were top-notch. Julie was the best salesperson I had.
