EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! As I was in the process of BUYING a car over the phone because my husband was at work! All we were waiting on was BOB our salesman to give us our trade value.. he informed my h BUYING a car over the phone because my husband was at work! All we were waiting on was BOB our salesman to give us our trade value.. he informed my husband that some one walked in with cash and they sold the car we were BUYING!!!!! My husband requested to speak with a manger as he felt this was very poor business practice to which JUSTIN the manager pretty much told him " sorry ITS THE WAY WE DO BUSINESS"!! WOW REALLY.... unbelievable.. so needless to say.. that's a sad way to treat customers!!!! PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE IF YOU WANT TO FEEL LIKE A VALUABLE CUSTOMER! More

Theres no other place to get your car then Haasz automall! My fiancee and i got in a brand new 2019 jeep! Not only did we get a car but Rick also got his mother a 2019 dodge charger!
