On June 19th, I purchased the Audi Q5 and I’m very pleased thus far with the car. On June 26, I experienced trouble with the vehicle not allowing me to put the car in the Drive mode and displayed a w pleased thus far with the car. On June 26, I experienced trouble with the vehicle not allowing me to put the car in the Drive mode and displayed a warming signal to park vehicle. I had car towed to dealer that evening. The next morning at 8:00 am Dimitra A. , service department, called to let me know the car had been driven and assessed-found no warning. Dimitra reviewed with me what she thought was the issue and explained the car was in the PARK emergency mode. Julie, service department, assisted me by FaceTime to try to resolve the problem. I appreciate both ladies dedicated service. More
