Julio was the opposite of a high pressure used car salesman! He listened to what I said I'd be interested in and didn't drag out the process simply to keep us talking. The offer and acceptance proce salesman! He listened to what I said I'd be interested in and didn't drag out the process simply to keep us talking. The offer and acceptance process was quite direct, no long waiting while going back and forth to ''check with my Manager''. The only wrinkle (at the end) was a bit of attitude from the 'sales manager' who processed the actual paperwork. That said, I'd still rate the overall experience at a FIVE. More

The dealership was a little busy for Saturday, but we had an appointment for 12:00am and we there a little early . I was also disappointed because the following Monday going to work my dash board reminder said service vehicle soon. Apparently they never reset the reminder first time at Lexus of Pembroke Pines.
