Julio Ledesma provided me with excellent service in the purchase of a 2022 CR-V EX L Hybrid. My dealings with him were cordial, but also highly professional given that he demonstrated an extensive knowled purchase of a 2022 CR-V EX L Hybrid. My dealings with him were cordial, but also highly professional given that he demonstrated an extensive knowledge of the vehicle during an effective test drive experience that "sealed the deal" as regards my decision to purchase the compact SUV. His low pressure role in negotiating the price of the vehicle and the value of my 2016 Honda Pilot trade exhibited dealership loyalty while taking into account my own valuation of my vehicle in trade that undoubtedly led to a final sales price amenable to buyer and seller both. I would also like to note the value that Julio and other participants in the negotiation accorded my loyalty to the Honda brand and to Brandon Honda itself where I had purchased two Honda vehicles previously (2013 & 2016). I regarded those purchases to be an important factor in arriving at an equitable sales price. In short, my dealings with Julio and other Brandon Honda employees involved in this deal proved to be an enjoyable experience that I would happily recommend to anyone. More
