Excellent Expirience for a Routine Servicee This is the third CR-V that I have bought from Her Chambers Burlington. We bought the new CR-Vs because we were so pleased with the car. We bought from Herb Chambers because of the outstanding service. We bought our latest CR-V from salesman Sergio Urquiljo in 2017. It was a smooth and friendly transaction. Everything promised by Sergio happened on or before the time. He is an excellent salesman.. June Fraser has been my service agent for at least our last two CR-Vs. She has always been extremely knowledgeable and helpful in managing my service needs She is an outstanding service agent and a credit to Herb Chambers Burlington. More

Unstoppable car The gear shift button fell off after I went from reverse to drive out of my driveway. I called the dealership immediately and they walked me through The gear shift button fell off after I went from reverse to drive out of my driveway. I called the dealership immediately and they walked me through using the mechanism located under the small panel next to the gear shift. BTW, the fact that you need to use an actual key to push into the space when all Honda provides these days is electronic key needs to be more thoughtful. Still the car couldn’t move from drive or neutral into park or reverse. So I drove it to the dealership where they took car of it immediately at 5:00 in the evening. If they hadn’t been open, I don’t know what I would have done because the car couldn’t be put in park. Perhaps turning it off and using the emergency break might have worked, but I didn’t get to that point. More

I arrived at the dealer a few minutes before it opened and was out within an hour and a half. It was not too busy during my time there. But, I wish you took appointments, as your other dealerships do. More

Great! (As always!!) I've been dealing with Herb chambers Honda in Burlington for 13yrs, and I wouldn't go anywhere else! We've purchased several vehicles and were extremely satisfied with the process. The service center rocks! The service advisors are so helpful with explaining things so you know exactly what is going on. I'm a nurse, not a mechanic. Safety of my vehicle is of utmost importance to me, so I need to put my trust into someone who will ensure this. The team in the service department are amazing! From check in to check out, they provide the best service ever! 3 cheers to John S, June, Chris, Kelly and Ashley, you guys all rock!!! More

Great service! Herb Chambers Honda Burlington has excellent service! I was greeted immediately and my car brought right into the shop. I was updated on the progress Herb Chambers Honda Burlington has excellent service! I was greeted immediately and my car brought right into the shop. I was updated on the progress and offered refreshments. Once completed I was given a detailed receipt. Everyone was friendly and the prices were competitive. I was also greeted by the manager to ensure I was satisfied with my service. I will not get my car serviced anywhere else! More
