Bought a Ford Explorer- the radio screen went black on the drive home. Once we restarted the car it kept glitching, not connecting to Bluetooth. We live almost 2 hours away from the dealership, we took th the drive home. Once we restarted the car it kept glitching, not connecting to Bluetooth. We live almost 2 hours away from the dealership, we took the car back for their 7-day hapiness guarantee.They couldn't provide a time frame on when they could fix the issue. Asked if we were interested in looking at other options on the lot. We test drove, but didn't end up liking any. We just asked if we could return it. They said that we were about 100 miles over their refund policy and it would costs us $500. We compromised into getting an official diagnosis, which would be a couple days out. Like I said we live far away so we opted into leaving the car there. Initially they offered a rental car, but once we got back to the service center they said since it wasn't a safety issue, they didn't have that option. We still have no time frame or getting it fixed. The car has been with them more than it was in my possession. I was offered to drive back home and drive it back up again when they were ready to actually repair the APIM. And all they say is "I know it's inconvenient." We literally bought a family car because we needed it. It's hard to be driving down 2 hours with 3 children. More

Junior was helping tooo many people . Test drove 3 cars ,that was ok. Choose 3rd one but took 5 hrs to complete the process. Lots and lots of waiting,,,ridiculous and downright rude.
