In 1997, I had my first BMW experience at the Susan G. Komen 'Drive for the Cure' event. I got behind the wheel of the newly-released Z3. I never understand why people made such a fuss about BMWs, but when I drove that car, top down through the winding Chester County roads, I quickly understood. As a part of my early training, I attended the BMW Academy in Greenville, SC, where I spent one week testing each model under the most extreme conditions. That experience showed me the unique driving characteristics of each car. I currently have an M3 Coupe with a six-speed transmission. It's like driving a race car: the handling and performance is unbelievable. It's also a very limited production model. I enjoy helping people, and I always try to make the process of car shopping as enjoyable as it can be.

This was my first time buying a car with this dealership. Justice and the team were really great making the experience very easy. I was able to do most of the purchase via email/phone since I was out of to Justice and the team were really great making the experience very easy. I do not recall who Noel and Wilmer are so did not rate them. Justice has been my go-to guy for years and is great! If Noel is the finance person I worked with, he was okay, but not fully trained. He was not able to answer my questions about the paperwork I had to sign. To be fair, I have had 7 leases with Otto's and this was my first buy out, so I expect that I am more familiar with the paper work than he is. For the 20+ years I have been with Otto's, it seems that the finance people change often... More
