It was hands down the best truck buying experience I have ever had. Normally I don't enjoy buying a new vehicle due to the back and forth, haggling, etc.. That did not happen at 5 Star Ford. Justin Allerheiligen was fantastic to work with and made the experience enjoyable and fun. Tut Edwards was fantastic as well and extremely personable. I would absolutely recommend 5 Star Ford to anyone looking at purchasing a new vehicle, and have not stopped talking about the excellent service I received. More

Fantastic Internet & in dealership transaction I contacted the Internet department to receive a price quote for the vehicle I wanted. When I decided to test drive the car I contacted Justin, and even though he was very busy that day told me to come on in. When I arrived at the dealership I got to work with Bob Nemri to look at & test drive the vehicle. It was on the show room floor, but that wasn't an issue. Bob & Justin immediately worked on getting the car ready for a test drive. I am sure the car would have already been ready for me to drive if I had not given Justin such short notice of my arrival. The transaction with Bob was very easy, no pressure and we quickly agrees on numbers. Bob was great to work with and is very professional, friendly and personable. I did not have a long wait to get into finance to work with Bob Little to finalize the paper work, despite them being very busy. It was already past closing time, but everyone remained friendly, courteous and despite a long day for them did not rush me out the door. Bob Nemri still took the time to explain the features of the car and assist me with syncing my phone and helped me get my belongings out of my trade. There was a minor hiccup with the paperwork, but when I came in the next morning to drop off the keys and title for my trade it was immediately remedied. Bob Nemri made sure to get me back into the finance department very quickly. There Anthony Snyder very quickly understood my issue and not only resolved it fast, but very friendly and professionally. Bob Nemri then also made sure that I got an appointment setup for my SkyLink Install. Overall an excellent experience, and I love the car as well! More
