Bruce Eversole took care of me and guided me thru the whole process giving me recommendations, clarifying doubts and giving me an amazing service. He was so professional and respectful I never felt pushed or feel like another number(revenue). He delivered the car on time with all specifications and I got a very fair price for the car I traded. Regarding Bruce, he is so great, after my car got delivered he was following up to check how are things going and when I got an electronic issue he was concern and helped me to get the issue fixed. Regarding Five Stars Ford at Richland, everybody from the receptionist to the finance person, managers made me feel at home. I was greeted by multiple sales associates upon walking in, walked to the front and when my sales associate wasn’t available due to being with another client, they quickly paired me with someone to work with immediately. I communicated what was needed from a per month payment perspective with a trade factored in, and they all made the deal happen. I want to specifically thank Justin A. This is the most unorganized group of people I have ever dealt with. I bought a used car 20 days later they want to come pick up car , that I signed contract on gave them my down payment in good faith, too dealt with. I bought a used car 20 days later they want to come pick up car , that I signed contract on gave them my down payment in good faith, took the car home cleaned it up fix a lot of the little things wrong with it. Now they want me to bring it back cause they didn't get it funded. I have talked to about 8 different people on this and nobody knows what's going on. No offer to refund my money, no nothing except they cant get it funded. I talk to the finance company, they dont know nothing, they just said contract was canceled. They dont know who canceled the contract or why. More
