Outstanding customer service I visited Dayton Toyota in search of purchasing a certified vehicle. Upon choosing two potential cars and doing a test drive I was given the appropri I visited Dayton Toyota in search of purchasing a certified vehicle. Upon choosing two potential cars and doing a test drive I was given the appropriate numbers for each. My visit was followed up by employee and I planned another visit to drive another model. With the promotion offered by Toyota and after driving vehicle, I decided to lease my car. The gentlemen I dealt with were very informative regarding my lease, as well as courteous in answering my questions. It was a smooth transaction and turnaround time exceeded my expectations. I plan on returning to Dayton when the lease ends due to the professionalism and customer service I received. More

Very friendly staff throughout I had three months left of my current lease. I went to Dayton Toyota to see what my options were. I was greeted by Justin and he immediately asked how I had three months left of my current lease. I went to Dayton Toyota to see what my options were. I was greeted by Justin and he immediately asked how he could help. He was very professional, courteous, and patient and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. Justin was very accommodating and tried to find the right car for me. I explained what I was looking for (price and model) and he suggested a new 2017 Corolla with a unique color. He immediately brought the car around for me to review. After further negotiations, I came to the decision to renew my lease. At this point, we were directed to Brian to discuss the lease details. Brian was extremely friendly and patient throughout the process and helped me find the right deal for me financially. I would not hesitate to recommend Dayton Toytota for anyone looking to lease or buy a car. More

No pressure, gave us exactly what we asked for We went into the dealership with the intention of driving the vehicle we were looking at. We were clear that we were "not buying today". Justin was ac We went into the dealership with the intention of driving the vehicle we were looking at. We were clear that we were "not buying today". Justin was accepting of that and did not pressure us at all. His boss came over to make sure we were satisfied with our drive and asked a few questions which led us to chatting about a particular color of the vehicle we wanted. Negotiating was easy, trade in value was a little less than I wanted but it was acceptable. The process was easy and Justin kept us in the loop of what was going on with the order for my new vehicle.
