Excellent car buying experience Initially I was given helpful information regarding available cars by phone. The person that took my call was courteous and professional. As a result, Initially I was given helpful information regarding available cars by phone. The person that took my call was courteous and professional. As a result, my husband and I drove to the dealership for followup. At the dealership we were greeted by Justin Astrin who attentively listened to our requirements for a used vehicle that we would like to buy. He promptly identified the one that suited our needs. He guided us through the whole testing and purchasing process. Justin's knowledge, professionalism and friendliness made it a smooth and stress-less experience. The car has been serviced well at the dealership, and it looks and runs like new. During the next few weeks Justin called us a couple of times to enquire if we were satisfied with the car.
