Purchased a 2014 Chevy Sonic this car has way too many Purchased a 2014 Chevy Sonic this car has way too many issues even to be 7 years old. I will NEVER buy another Chevy Sonic!!! This vehicle has been Purchased a 2014 Chevy Sonic this car has way too many issues even to be 7 years old. I will NEVER buy another Chevy Sonic!!! This vehicle has been trash since I purchased it used in 2019 for my 16year old. First issue is the AC kept running hot, every time I took the car to be looked at I was advised nothing was wrong with the AC. Then finally one day while it was running hot air took the vehicle to the service manager Jerome. It ended up being a bad compressor. Then once it started raining we discovered there was a leak in the driver side front door. Took the vehicle back to be advised it would cost $130 just to diagnose. I said never mind we will live with leak and mildrew smell. Then I notice during colder months that the Front windshield frosts on the inside. So windshield wipers are useless. Then the car just started sputtering while driving and while idling. Made appointment and took it in to be told the intake and camshaft cover needed to be replaced. Talk to sales manager Justin told him issue and advised it is ridiculous we’ve not even owned this 2014 Chevy Sonic for a year and I’m already being told besides the $130 diagnostic fee to find out the sputtering issue the intake and camshaft cover needs to be replaced which is approx $800. So now we are at almost $1,000 when I only spent $8350 on the xxxx car. I requested assistance not expecting the full intake and camshaft cover to be paid. Maybe possibly half, but to my surprise Justin agreed to cover the full cost of intake and camshaft cover in full but not the diagnostic fee or the camshaft actuator solenoid seals which you think would be covered since it’s part of the camshaft. Ok fine I’ll pay that especially since thanks to the sales manager Justin I was not paying almost $1,000 in repairs. To the final straw with this car, I get an update stating the ignition coil is corrosive and needs to be replaced another $250. I was livid!!! Aaron in service stated he attempted to get Justin the sales manger to cover this also and he was told no. So I stated put it back together I don’t want to fix it because at this point it just seems as if more and more repairs will be needed.To which Aaron stated not possible car cannot move it fell apart, meaning the ignition coil. So I had to fix the car so I told them to complete the repairs at least it is not $1,300, thanks Justin. But for a brief moment I considered trading in this Sonic for a new one, but I decided not to because this car has been nothing but a big headache. Think I’m done with chevys all together. More

One of the easiest trade-in & purchasing of a vehicle experiences of my life! Everyone at the dealership was super friendly and very attentive to my wife and me, offered us drinks & snacks while we waite experiences of my life! Everyone at the dealership was super friendly and very attentive to my wife and me, offered us drinks & snacks while we waited for Mike Hurst to get back from Pensacola with the vehicle we planned to purchase. I got the Jeep I wanted at the price I wanted and the dealership offered MORE for my trade in than KBB had estimated the value to be. WHAT A DEAL!! Mike was super friendly and addressed all our questions with the trade-in process and questions we had with the Jeep before we left. Danny Hawkins walked us through the entire financial details and answered all of our questions and provided additional details as required. Thank you to Mike and Danny for taking such good care of us, this level of service doesn’t go unnoticed and I will definitely be referring all of my friends up to Allen Turner Chevrolet. I HIGHLY recommend them! More

We looked for 3 weeks for a specific truck that no one for 300 miles had. Allen Turner Chevrolet had one on order, the specific one we wanted. We went to the dealership, met Micheal Hurst a wonderful sale for 300 miles had. Allen Turner Chevrolet had one on order, the specific one we wanted. We went to the dealership, met Micheal Hurst a wonderful salesman who was helpful in showing us the specific details of the truck. After speaking with Justin Bendixon, they quickly got to work on making sure the truck was reserved for us. Today Micheal closed the deal for us and we drove off the lot with the truck we have looked weeks for! Thanks so much Micheal for EXCELLENT customer service. We will be returning customers for years to come. More

Bought my new truck in may 2020. Had a great experience all the way around. Dallas Moody really listened to what I wanted and pointed me in the direction of the trucks that most matched what I was looking all the way around. I’m quite happy with my truck and my experience with Allen Turner Chevrolet. Only thing I didn’t enjoy was the wait time on all the paperwork. Those guys did an awesome job though. Loving my anniversary gift!! I will definitely go back to them in the future for a new vehicle when the time comes. More

I walked in to Allen Turner yesterday afternoon looking to buy a truck. As I entered the front door, the first person I encountered was Dallas Moody. I asked him if I could speak with a Sales Associate, an to buy a truck. As I entered the front door, the first person I encountered was Dallas Moody. I asked him if I could speak with a Sales Associate, and he responded with an unmistakable scowl and in a condescending tone “what for”? I was immediately thrown off by his poor display of customer service, so I responded with “to buy a xxxxing vehicle”. He then completely changed his tone and demeanor, smiled, put his hands together and said “oh I can help you with that”. Again, all of this processed at once, why would he great me so negatively only to then completely reverse course once I let him know I was interested in purchasing a vehicle. In any regard, I paused for a second and asked if there was someone else who could help me. He looked confused, almost dumbfounded, turned his head to the side and said “what’s that”. I replied with “you know, like a different person” and he said “oh sure” and took me over to another group of sales agents and asked “Jeff” if he could assist me. Jeff is a newer agent, but was polite, courteous, helpful and answered all of my questions. I decided to purchase the 2021 Silverado “Trail Boss” and I’m quite pleased with my pick, I’m even happier that Ebenezer Scrooge won’t be getting the commission from the sale. More
