After contacting Alfonso via text/telephone, he promptly did a thorough video of the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. This was most helpful as the distance to the dealership was almost two hours and did a thorough video of the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. This was most helpful as the distance to the dealership was almost two hours and I wanted to feel confident I had the right vehicle for me. Our negotiating via text-email and phone made everything easy for me to decide on the vehicle and what I wanted or did not want additionally. My only negative was an added cost I did not want at the Finance Dept that required numerous contacts to get removed and I am still waiting to see if it comes off. More
