He was also pretty much available at anytime and he would communicate with me after hours. As someone who is in marketing, that is fantastic customer service. What really should be said is the fact that before I flew in, there was a gentleman who also saw the car at the dealership the day before I got there and was ready to write a check for the full amount and Justin stood his ground and said sorry, I’m already dealing with a customer. That is what you call being faithful. You don’t find that very often because most people will probably want the commission right away. Justin truly cares about the clients he is working with and it’s a breath of fresh air. Y’all need to do whatever you can to keep him around because if I was a dealership, I would be doubling his pay to take him to my dealership. More

I rated Justin a 4 due to his lack of knowledge of the difference in the SE and the SEL trim pkg. other than that he was wonderful to work with. We rushed in around 5:30 pm. Had already test driven an Atlas. He explained the computer to us and even helped us move personal items from my trade in to the Atlas. He was knowledgeable of the sales process and paperwork. He didn’t complain once about it getting late. I believe it was 8:15 pm when we left. More
