He was very responsive and efficiently answered all my questions and we agreed on price before I went to the dealership. There were no surprises upon arriving, and I was through buying and trading in my used Pilot in about two hours including Randy the finance manager who pleasantly assisted in financing through Honda. I am 66 of age and have bought many cars including 4 Honda's and this was by far my most pleasant buying experience.
