The offer in the mailing was somewhat limited but we did get a good financing deal on the car we wanted. Our salesman, Justin, did an excellent job Zeroing in on what we wanted and finding it for us. He also did well on the test drive, explaining all the car’s features. Brian, the closer, was somewhat heavy handed at first but we eventually came to terms. The finance guy (don’t remember his name) failed to offer us gap insurance and it took several calls to get that straightened out. Also, the contract said the car would have a full tank of gas. It had half a tank. Otherwise it was an overall positive experience. More
