They had my car for 5 weeks for wiring replacement and battery replacement after taking a week to diagnose my vehicle. Multiple phone calls to check status with constant "we're working on it." Received a battery replacement after taking a week to diagnose my vehicle. Multiple phone calls to check status with constant "we're working on it." Received a loaner on the 4th week. I spoke to the service manager and GM, both were not helpful. I picked up my vehicle and I have an issue with my exhaust and my horn doesn't work. Both had no issues prior to bringing it in for service. I will NOT be going there again nor will I recommend them to anyone. Very poor customer service!! More
