Our salesman Dennis is one of the most knowledgeable, fun and down to earth people we have ever met in the car sales industry! Very upset , because I was a dedicated customer for over 5 years now, First bought a Fiat Spider, rarely used it so I traded it in. I then bought brand new Grand Cherokee 2022 and after only 200 miles in 2- 5 years now, First bought a Fiat Spider, rarely used it so I traded it in. I then bought brand new Grand Cherokee 2022 and after only 200 miles in 2-3 weeks it was having major problems so I brought it back and I no longer wanted it. Being have spent just over 50k for it. I decided on spending close to another 20k and buying a Brand new 2022 Ram Laramie Hemi 5.7. I absolutely love the truck, after 1 year I put about 4,500 miles on it and decided to take it for 1st service, since I get 4 free in first 2 years. I also wanted my tires rotated so I do need to go back in another 2,500 miles. You would think after being a dedicated customer and what I went through getting a lemon Grand Cherokee and still staying with them and spending another 20k that they would at least take care of my tire rotation. But No they wanted to charge me $40 to rotate the tires and gave me a song and dance about why they would not do that for me. To me that is Very Poor customer service and satisfaction after buying a $70,000 truck and only looking to have tires rotated while I was there for my 1st oil change at 4,500 miles in 1st year. They would not do it and said sorry we will not do your tire rotation unless I pay for it. Maybe some may find that ok, but after what I went through with the Grand Cherokee ,they could have at least rotated my tires at no charge to keep a happy customer. I am not happy because of this and will have to go to a friends shop now to rotate them when I have time . It is not the $40 to do the rotation it is the principal of what I went through and I feel it would have been the right thing to do. So I find Lester Glenn just like all the other dealers , when I thought they stood above the rest for customer satisfaction , but apparently not . Once they get the sale they do not care about doing the right thing for its customers. I will no longer deal with them other than my free oil changes and then off to Pine Belt or another dealer when I trade it in next time around since it seems Lester Glenn is not any better than the rest of them , when for years I thought they were better than the rest. It is a principal thing and nothing more. Do the right thing or lose a dedicated customer. So they chose to no care about what I had to say and like I said earlier just throw me a song and dance about $40 So I rate them 2 stars . Funny how they take your money and soon as they get the sale they could care less about keeping a customer satisfied . More
