While there they provide all kinds of diagnostic info on my car - not a word about battery life. Then two months later I need both batteries replaced? I got on a group forum for jeep and there are constant remarks about faulty moist batteries and the electronics. SERIOUSLY! I will never buy another Chrysler product AND I will never buy from Spitzers. 😡

Regarding the oil valve repair and the warranty confusion, I apologize for the inconvenience and the stress it caused. You should always feel confident that warranty coverage is being checked thoroughly and communicated clearly, and I’m sorry that didn’t happen during your visit.
I also understand your frustration about the battery issue. When diagnostics are done, it’s our responsibility to make sure important findings—like battery health—are discussed. When scheduled appointment told them I needed a loaner,
when I showed up to drop vehicle off they at first didn't have 1 then found 1, but at that point told me there was a 45 per day fee, not when I told

Then they damaged a part while working on the truck and tried to tell me I was responsible for paying to fix, the did eventually decide to cover it..... There was no communication with Justin on status unless I reached out to him..... Had the truck for a week, and flat out told me they didn't work on it one day...... So in the end, I paid for 5 days of a loaner that I have never had to pay in the past.... So with all that said I will not be a returning customer..,...,..
