Regarding the oil valve repair and the warranty confusion, I apologize for the inconvenience and the stress it caused. You should always feel confident that warranty coverage is being checked thoroughly and communicated clearly, and I’m sorry that didn’t happen during your visit. I also understand your frustration about the battery issue. When diagnostics are done, it’s our responsibility to make sure important findings—like battery health—are discussed. If that wasn’t communicated to you, I sincerely apologize. I’d really like the chance to look into your service history so I can understand exactly what happened and address it properly.
