I called to get an appointment and cost for an oil change. Stated year make model and engine. Was told one price. Then the price changed significantly higher with the explanation that the advisor or s change. Stated year make model and engine. Was told one price. Then the price changed significantly higher with the explanation that the advisor or secretary did not ask if the truck was a diesel. Because it was a diesel the cost for an oil change was 3x more. I believe this was a bait and switch. I will not recommend your dealership for sales or service. More
