My name is Justin Grant and this is my first job in the automobile indusrty. I was lucky to land a job at Subaru of Wakefield where the customer satisfaction takes a presidente over everything else. I have been with them now for 5 years and I am a proud owner of a Subaru Impreza that I purchased at Subaru of Wakefield before I started working there. I treat my customers the way I wanted to be treated when I was on the buying end of things. When you ask for me you will get nothing but a honest and straight forward offer.

Both my husband and I have had great experiences with the sales team at Subaru Wakefield. Justin has been our go-to for years. He is honest, to the point, and keeps us laughing. Car shopping is not my favori sales team at Subaru Wakefield. Justin has been our go-to for years. He is honest, to the point, and keeps us laughing. This is my first Subaru so I was a little skeptical about putting a down payment of a car I hadn't even driven yet... I had heard nothing but great things from everyone who has one. I really needed a car and putting a down payment of a car I hadn't even driven yet... I had heard nothing but great things from everyone who has one. I really needed a car and this was my first choice. I drove it and it was awesome. Subaru of Wakefield is a great dealership. Justin Grant was the perfect salesman! He answered all my questions and took me through the ins and outs of the whole car. He has been in touch since purchasing it to make sure everything is going well! I highly recommend it and him! More

Our experience was perfect as long as were were being helped by Justin. Our recommendation to management to improve every buyers total experience would be to fix the backlog that occurs during the regi helped by Justin. A very long wait to finish the sale is unacceptable. The personnel doing the closing do a fine job, but when a lack of administrative staff relegates the process to one customer at a time , the queue gets very long. (Hours). Certainly you are not able to keep up with the number is sales the sales force is making at this time. Very frustrating for customers not wanting to make an auto purchase a full day experience. More

I am not an easy person to work with when it comes to making a significant large purchase but Justin was great.
