My name is Justin Grant and this is my first job in the automobile indusrty. I was lucky to land a job at Subaru of Wakefield where the customer satisfaction takes a presidente over everything else. I have been with them now for 5 years and I am a proud owner of a Subaru Impreza that I purchased at Subaru of Wakefield before I started working there. Justin was great through the whole process. We were apprehensive before coming in that we'd have to deal with "salesy" high pressure approach. We were pleasantly surprised at how Justin was just avail apprehensive before coming in that we'd have to deal with "salesy" high pressure approach. Subaru of Wakefield is beyond excellent. I have been taking my vehicles to their service department for almost 10 years and have always been impressed by their professionalism, flexibility, quality of w taking my vehicles to their service department for almost 10 years and have always been impressed by their professionalism, flexibility, quality of work and obvious desire to build strong relationships with their customers. So when the time came for me to buy a new Subaru, there was no question that I would buy from Wakefield, and I was not surprised to find the same level of excellence among the Sales staff. I had the pleasure of working with Justin and could not have been happier. He was incredibly helpful, personable (with a sense of humor!) and straight forward and up front when negotiating a price. This was by far the easiest, most relaxed and hassle-free car buying experience I have ever had. I tend to take a long time when deciding on any major purchase, and Justin was consistently patient and helpful throughout the process. (Not once did I feel pressured into buying a car.) When I finally decided on a vehicle, Justin worked diligently to find the exact model I was looking for and made sure I was completely familiar with it before leaving the lot. And Chris (the Business Manager) was personable, helpful and answered all of my questions thoroughly. The sales experience was comfortable and hassle-free from start to finish. Through the Consumer Reports process, everyone knew at the outset what the pricing would be and Jason made talking through adding/d start to finish. He also took care at delivery to make sure I understood the car's features, and committed to answering any questions I had going forward. I've never had as relaxed a car-buying experience. This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Stress free, informative and upfront. When I picked up the car, Justin spend a very long time with me, explaining all of the ins and outs of the car, which was immensely helpful because this car has pretty much every option available and there was a lot to learn. I am thrilled with my "new" Subaru Crosstrek and thrilled with my buying experience. More

I came into the Wakefield Subaru with a friend wanting to test drive the Subaru Impreza 5-door, and Justin was my salesman. Honestly I hate going into dealers, and it can get nerve wracking dealing with the test drive the Subaru Impreza 5-door, and Justin was my salesman. Honestly I hate going into dealers, and it can get nerve wracking dealing with the sales guys who are hassling you to look at/buy a car. However, Justin made the whole experience more comfortable and less tense. I've been on 2 other test drives with different dealers, and by far, this was the most positive experience that I've had. I respect the fact that Justin understands his customers' demands and will pull no punches; he is very knowledgable about the cars that were in the shop and wasn't too arrogant or cocky; you can talk to him about anything (not just about cars); he's friendly and very approachable. I left the test drive feeling extremely positive about the experience, but actually came back another time to actually purchase the car that I wanted from Justin (Impreza Sport Premium). The dealer was extremely convenient to find and get to from where I lived in Everett. However, their lot is small and there were a lot of cars piled up towards the back of their dealership on top of a hill. And there's actually a house situated in the middle of the lot that I got a good kick out of. But I believe they're relocating in the upcoming months to a newer and bigger location near the 128 highway. This didn't deter me from purchasing a car though. More

My husband and I had a great experience at Wakefield Subaru, and Justin Grant was terrific to work with. We went to this dealership on the advice of our brother and sister-in-law, who have bought two ne Subaru, and Justin Grant was terrific to work with. We went to this dealership on the advice of our brother and sister-in-law, who have bought two new cars at Wakefield over the years and always talk about how Wakefield treats them so well, from purchase to service. When it came time to consider a new used car, we were pretty sure it would be at this dealership, and that feeling was confirmed as soon as we arrived there. We had a few minutes to walk around before entering the dealership, and when we went inside, everyone was very friendly. The first person we met was involved with another customer, but they made sure we were taken care of. Justin met with us and listened very well to what we were looking for in a car. He was very enthusiastic about Subaru, and during the course of our conversations he described the company's attention to being as environmental as possible (I looked it up: http://www.subaru-earth.com/WebPage.aspx?WebPageID=16365&WebSiteID=522). I knew Subaru had a good reputation where that's concerned, but I was very impressed with Justin's knowledge about it. That's a big selling point for me. Because Justin listened well to our interests, and because he really knew his Subarus, it didn't take long for us to zero in on two cars we were really interested in. One made more sense than the other, and we took it for a test drive. Hard to believe this was a used car, it felt brand new and so well taken care of. During the test drive, Justin answered any and all questions, and pointed out aspects of the car that he knew were of interest to us. Justin made the process of actually purchasing the car a very pleasant experience. His colleagues in the financing department were great, and we appreciated that everyone at the dealership worked as one team. We left feeling really excited about our car, and it was especially nice that we got a "just checking in" phone call from Justin a few days after buying it. We love driving the car, and plan to recommend Justin at Wakefield Subaru to anyone we know looking for a new or used car. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. After shopping for Subarus for over half a year the folks at Subaru of Wakefield made it easy to end my search and I couldn't be happier! I originally came to them to get a safety check for a used Subaru from a different dealer. The mechanic who looked at the car was honest with a sense of humor and even brought me in and let me look under the car myself. When it became clear that I had brought in a junker they suggested I look at some things they had in stock. I found the perfect car at an unbelievably low price and and the friendly staff treated me with respect. Subaru of Wakefield is an upstanding dealership that definitely was worth the long drive from Western Mass. I can't recommend them highly enough! More

Justin's a talented salesperson. (I'm not, so I appreciate it when I see it.) He never tried to push any options on us, just let us go with the flow until we got the car we desired. I chose to check out Wakefield Subaru instead of Ira, which is much closer to my house, after having a couple really bad experiences with Ira Toyota in the past. I couldn't have been happier. Wakefield Subaru is definitely more of a family feel as opposed to a corporate feel. Justin was my salesman, and I totally appreciated him talking to me and my wife like we were friends and not putting on the cheesy, fake friendliness that many car salespeople lay on. He was very knowledgeable about the product and we chatted about other brands that I was considering, which he also knew a lot about. My test drive didn't feel hurried and when we got back he gave me and my wife some space so we could discuss the purchase. When it came time to talk numbers, he showed me dealer invoice (which I knew before I got there because I had done some research) and it was the same number that I had found. The finance guy Chris got me an even better rate than I had expected and by the time I left I was the proud owner of a 2013 Subaru Impreza Sport Wagon. I am totally looking forward to picking it up and building a relationship with this dealer. More
