My plan was to purchase a Toyota Highlander Hybrid. I wanted great gas mileage and good safety features. My buddy told me to check out subaru, as he had one himself. I called the dealer and was put in touch with Justin. I am not a fan of the "car sales" BS. The vehicle I was moving out of was 13 years old and owed me nothing. Justin was attentive to my needs, courteous, and up front about the pricing, options, and satisying my vehicle needs. I took a few visits to look over inventory and test drive finally settling on an outback. Justin was very fair with his price and we found a comman ground without any hassle. He spent the time going over the features with me and my wife and never made us feel rushed. He extended his service to us in the future for any of our questions/concerns. I found him to be genuine and actually happy in his job. I would highly recommend speaking with him if you are considering buying a subaru. I imagine all the sales team at this location are probably cut from the same mold and happy to assist, but luckily, my wife and I were able to meet Justin and had smooth sailing. Justin was very patient and willing to work with us on placing a new factory order and work with other dealers in the area to help us get exactly what we wanted, instead of pressuring us to just take one off the lot for a quick sale. Justin was able to help us locate the exact car that we wanted way ahead of schedule, so needless to say we are quite pleased with our new Impreza and with the quality of service @ Subaru of Wakefield. In the end, he reviewed all of the features in the car from hood to hatch, to make sure knew everything about the car, and had everything that we needed.
