Fast Quick Service The Service was Fast and got my Vehicle back on the Road . I was Extremely Dissappointed that My Truck Broke Down 4000 miles out of Warranty. I’ve Driven Fords for almost 60 years and this gave me a Dim View of Fords Reliability even tho I did look at a New One but the Sales staff wouldn’t work with me on a Price for my Vehicle. Happy Now ? More

They work as a team and get you in and out in a timely manner. I will definitely go back. More

Nice Folks, Service Poor I ran over a board and had a leak in one of my four new tires I purchased there. It was check 2-3 times and couldn’t find leak. Went back second time I ran over a board and had a leak in one of my four new tires I purchased there. It was check 2-3 times and couldn’t find leak. Went back second time and the same thing. It took my husband 20 minutes to find it. I felt it service would have taken time to look it would have it. Had to be off work for a total of 4+ hours for a problem that could have been resolved in an hour. Now another tire has a leak. I specifically ask them to check all four. Justin in great to work with. More

Fantastic Service! My car headlights were covered under a recall, as they wouldn't reliably come on when the switch was turned. Justin let me know it might take a few da My car headlights were covered under a recall, as they wouldn't reliably come on when the switch was turned. Justin let me know it might take a few days, which was fine, as I was on vacation out of town for 7 days. I dropped it off on a Monday, and was called on Thursday letting me know everything had been done. I was thrilled, and picked it up the day after we returned. The car works perfectly, and was in pristine condition when I picked it up! Great service, and all costs were covered by the recall! More

Service work The work done on our 2013 Ford Focus was OK except for the fact that it took 1 day shy of a week to get the car looked at. If we had known it would ha The work done on our 2013 Ford Focus was OK except for the fact that it took 1 day shy of a week to get the car looked at. If we had known it would have taken this long we would have asked for a loaner or rented a car.The service man said they were behind several days but we didn't expect it to take quite so long. Other than the amount of time it took to get our car back we have no complaints. More

Slightly disappointed. I have a 2013 Taurus Limited. Been taking it to this dealership since I bought it in 2013. Disappointed with recent service because I had to leave the I have a 2013 Taurus Limited. Been taking it to this dealership since I bought it in 2013. Disappointed with recent service because I had to leave the car for service. Busy time for them, I was told. Ending up being there for a week. I was to get a call back when it was done. I never got a call back. I called to check on it on Thursday 28 June. It was ready. However, it had been repaired and ready for pick up 2 days earlier. Lucky I called to check on it or I would still be waiting on the car. I had to borrow a vehicle from someone else and needed to take it back and that is why I called. So, very disappointed. So far, the car is running good after the repair. I will not be leaving the car again for service. I will find some other shop if it looks like a long wait. Normally, good service. Customer service reps are always good also. No problems. Just had this one hiccup. More
