Amazing customer service! i went in thinking that I would not be approved for a car loan. To my surprise they got me approved. The salesman, Justin Harrsch, was great, very cou i went in thinking that I would not be approved for a car loan. To my surprise they got me approved. The salesman, Justin Harrsch, was great, very courteous, knowledgeable, compassionate, and well informed. The finance guy worked very diligent to get me approved. I have recommended the dealership to several people already and I just bought a car 2 days ago! More

Excellent vehicles, customer service, sales and financing My wife and I purchased a 2014 Kia Forte EX at the Luther Kia of Bloomington this afternoon, Tuesday, July 12, 2016 and had excellent customer service My wife and I purchased a 2014 Kia Forte EX at the Luther Kia of Bloomington this afternoon, Tuesday, July 12, 2016 and had excellent customer service from the salesperson Justin Harrsch as well, continued excellent customer service by the business manager Dan Dingmann as well as another business manager who handles financing, Chad Port. We are returning customers to the Luther Kia of Bloomington dealership (FYI...previously leased a new Kia Sorento in 2013 - my wife now desired better mpg as her daily driving will be increasing) and we would highly recommend Luther Kia of Bloomington, Dan Dingmann, Justin Harrsch and Chad Port to assist you with your vehicle purchase or servicing needs. Top flight vehicle dealership, employees are fun to work with and in my humble opinion after buying vehicles over 30 years of my adult lifetime, this has been the best vehicle buying experience I've had thus far.
