I was initially contacted by Justin after submitting a online inquiry for an automatic Hyudai Veloster Turbo. Justin was a very laid back and non-pressure type of sales person. I told him straight up that I was considering a different make and model and where my decision points were. Justin was happy to arrange not one, not two, but three different test drives, since the first two were in cars that weren't either the automatic or the turbo. The last test drive was the exact configuration I wanted. When I had pretty much made my decision on this model, I presented my offer for the car at a very modest discount and there was little of the back and forth that sometimes ensues. Then I asked the dealer to present me with their finance options, since I already had approved financing from my credit union. The dealer beat my credit union's finance interest rate by 2%. And to boot, I opted to take some extra warranty options that I wouldn't have gotten had I financed through my credit union. They did cost me extra, but I thought they were valuable options to take. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. More
