The end result of my experience purchasing a new car was very good. However, if not for Tim Jamil, the experience would have been rated very bad. Originally the price offered me, over the phone, was not wh very good. However, if not for Tim Jamil, the experience would have been rated very bad. Originally the price offered me, over the phone, was not what was presented to me at the signing of the finance contract. The sales person, Justin, was very helpful. The Finance person did his job and came up with the incorrect amount of monthly payments. Manager, Julio Ayala, gave me a run around and made my time at the Showroom miserable, long and he was not in integrity. The manager, Timothy Jamil, took care of the situation today for my satisfaction and I was very pleased with the final price, etc. So, if you choose to purchase a wonderful Hyundai, do not deal with Julio Ayala. Ask for Timothy Jamil for help. I love my car. Georgine More
