I just had the pleasure of completing my 2nd purchase from Crown Hyundai. Five years ago, I bought a Genesis R-Spec and yesterday Justin Hoffman, my Sales Consultant, put me together with my new Genesis from Crown Hyundai. Five years ago, I bought a Genesis R-Spec and yesterday Justin Hoffman, my Sales Consultant, put me together with my new Genesis G80 Sport. Justin and all the other people at Crown (specifically Mark, the Business Manager and Amanda in Insurance) made this easily the best buying experience in recent memory. I connected with Justin Hoffman at first by phone May 27 then in person almost a mo. later looking for Hyundai Tucsons. Justin was so patient with me using a walker plus oxygen. At 78 he was like a Son wanting to make me satisfied. I trusted him so much that I forgot to test drive the 2020 I purchased. On the way home I thought "Wish I had a Son like that......"
