I received what I asked for and when I asked them to consider some other factors to get me closer to the payment number I was looking for, I was pleasantly surprised with what I got back. All interactions were professional and courteous. I was thrilled even before I walked into the store and met anyone. Once in the store I was treated respectfully and professionally by everyone. Tony exceeded our expectations! Tony easily turned my perceived-dreadful car buying experience into a delightful encounter that held zero sales pressure tactics and no sales manipulation strategies. Tony surprised us with his honesty and integrity. Tony's allowed us to walk out the door with no sales pressure gimmicks. This surprised me. I was having a discussion with Justin Jarrell over email about a 2016 Accord that was to pricy and i try to ask for a better pricing on the car so i c I was having a discussion with Justin Jarrell over email about a 2016 Accord that was to pricy and i try to ask for a better pricing on the car so i can I purchase it, But as i was shopping around and looking at cars at Tampa Honda, I told him they have the same car for less and he when on and lie and said they don’t provide life time waranrty on PRE OWNED cars when i was at tampa honda and they clearly told me yes they do. They provide life time waranty on pre owned cars they even said they dont know why they would lie about it, i have all the evidence in a email chat, I will also be speaking to comporate. They are sneaky and liers I purchased a car from them back in 2016 and after I purchased my 2011 accorsd i notice they lie also about my bumper to bumper warranty. Just be careful when purchasing a car from them they dont lie to you to. They will do anything in there power even lie to sell you a car, instead of been straight up annouced. Horrible dealer, i will be taking my business to Tampa Honda. More

Very friendly no pressure experience Brandon Honda was great to work with. I started on the internet and the price they gave me beat the Costco and USAA set pricing from other dealers. Brandon Honda was great to work with. I started on the internet and the price they gave me beat the Costco and USAA set pricing from other dealers. I am deployed military and I was able to do most everything over the phone and internet. All my wife had to do was go in and sign for the car. This was the best experience I've had buying a new car.
