Best car buying experience I have ever had. I am a mother of 5 and Alex understood that I didn’t have time to be on the phone all day or be in the dealership all day. He communicated through text and i only had to spend 20 minutes at the dealership for an appraisal. He delivered our new car to our home and we completed paperwork on the patio. Not Just purchased my 2019 Honda CRV from Brandon Honda. Thanks to the great service provided to me by Quincy Harmon, I never had to leave my home. Not only in Quincy an extremely professional young man, he is very knowledgeable and straight to the point. Might add, he is very pleasant to be around as well. I made my purchase and signed all my papers without ever leaving my house. Quincy was very helpful in helping me make my selection via phone, he delivered my new car to my house, brought all the paperwork to my home for me to sign, and fully explained all the features of my new car. He even set up my Blue Tooth in my car for me and synced my car to my cell phone. Great not to have to leave my house to buy a car--it use to be you spent all day in a dealership to purchase a car. I recently traded in a very nice used car that I had owned for two years but was a little unhappy with in the respect that it was kind of small for me. I also purchased this car at BH. So, I thought I'd give them the loyalty customer appreciation and see what I could find there at this particular time. We found a used vehicle, of the make and model, that I was actually interested in when I purchased the other vehicle from BH. Benny's patience and good will through the whole process made the trade rather painless. There were, and are, other issues, that are pertaining to this vehicle, but it looks like BH is trying their best to make things right by me??? Question marks for now, but this doesn't take away from Benny's five start review, he is a tremendous salesman for BH., which I will give four stars for the continuing problems that I am experiencing at this moment with this new/used vehicle and the transformation from sales dept, to the finance dept. that was rather indignant of each others dealings with me... Aaron did a great job going thru all the paperwork and I was driving away a little over 3 hours later. Everybody at Brandon Honda was very friendly and there café makes a great Cuban sandwich. More
