Justin Bolen comes through big time again for me! I stopped by to check out the new Dodge Dart just to take a test drive. Well Justin let me test drive a few different Darts with varying options in each one. He showed me all the features available on each model. I purchased a 2012 Dodge Avenger from February 2013. My credit wasn't the best at that time and he still got me financing. So I decided to have him check some numbers for me and he came back with a 4.1% finance rate for the Dart now that my credit had drastically improved in a year. He got me an amazing deal and I purchased a 2014 Dodge Dart GT the same day! I wasn't expecting to purchase so soon but he guided me through all the aspects of the deal. He then helped me transfer all the stuff in my Avenger to the new Dart as well as go over some other features of this model just so I would know everything needed before I left the lot with my new car. Brian the finance manager got us through the paperwork signing very quickly but still explained everything that I was signing as the process went along. This is my second vehicle purchase from Justin Bolen and Klaben. I've had 4 friends purchase vehicles from Justin Bolen and Klaben in the past year and I'm sure with the great customer service and friendly atmosphere Justin provides to the customers he deals with that I will be buying many more from him and Klaben in the years to come. More

We went in asked for Justin and wanted to just discuss our options of trading in my tiny Sentra for something bigger, safer, nicer and overall better! We did not plan on purchasing since this was the first place we went to. Glad we did! No need to shop around after stopping and seeing Justin. He understood 100% exactly what I was looking for and then some. We test drove the Jeep Patriot and of course I was in love with it but then came that dreadful part that everyone hates about car shopping....time to talk numbers. Justin proved to us that this part does not have to be as bad as we thought it to be because he made it the easiest process EVER! Not only did he keep us in our budget, he got our car payment UNDER our budget! Just when we thought things couldn't get better, Justin went and topped off our new gas tank and helped us load all the junk from my old car into our new beauty! (Sorry about that by the way, we never thought we'd be driving home in a brand new car!) The experience was not only amazing, it was fun.....from the time we set foot in the parking lot to the time we drove out of it in our new car! Thanks again to the manager "miracle worker" who helped us with the budget, Brian the finance guy who made the paperwork process super easy and of course Justin. Had we never been given his name who knows what we could have gotten ourselves into going somewhere else! We plan on purchasing all of our future cars here as well as sending over anyone else who needs a new car and a fantastic experience! More
