I was in the market for a new lease. I had another brand, and went to dealership I bought previous truck, no go. Went to newer large dealer in Randolph oh and same no can do this is it. I seen Klabens internet add made a phone call, and was given justin Bolen. I also had my 14yr old daughter with me that wanted to see how car dealing went. Justin was very professional with a sense of humor. No typical push, hold my keys for ransom tricks, just courtesy and professional sales. I really appreciated that with my daughter there. I have been salesman, Justin Bolen, I worked with. I am sure I speak for many people when I say that purchasing a new vehicle can be very stressful. I have been to many dealerships over the past years and get overwhelmed with the persistence and obvious sales tactics. By choosing Klaben Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram, I got exactly what I was looking for. They were honest, friendly, and straight forward. This made my car buying experience far less stressful. When I went to Klaben I had a particular vehicle in mind and was prepared to be disappointed for having to change things on my vehicle I already had in mind. Yes, I am a very very picky person. After I explained the exact vehicle I had in mind, they immediately started searching. Of course there was no vehicle that matched my desired description, but my salesman Justin Bolen did not stop there. He gave me a piece of paper and said, "fill this out, in detail". It was every option that the Dodge Ram 1500 offered. From exterior color to interior color, to engine, and wheels. I filled out the exact vehicle and more, of what I wanted. He then ordered this truck directly from Dodge. I received my 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 Longhorn Laramie a short while later and could not be more happier with my vehicle and service I was provided. I have also purchased vehicles from across the street at the Ford dealership. My salesman there was Tex Welch. He provided outstanding customer service as well. My Fiancé just bought a new 2014 Ford Escape from him and said she will never go anywhere else after she experienced the service she was provided. Klaben gets an A+ from me. Thanks guys! More

We went to klaben and spoke with Justin and learned more with him in 5 min than we did with others in 2 hrs. disappointed in their customer service.
