Great Experience! Braden was awesome! He took the time to answer all of our questions and never pressured us to make a decision. We brought our cars back the next day t Braden was awesome! He took the time to answer all of our questions and never pressured us to make a decision. We brought our cars back the next day to have them detailed and he spotted us across the lot and yelled hello. Braden made us feel special and made us feel like we mattered (even before he knew we were buying 2 cars). Great customer service is hard to come by these days but he knocked it out of the park! THANK YOU!! More

Braden helped us find the exact cars we wanted and was very patient with us My wife and I just bought a Ford Escape and Ford Fusion from Sunset Ford. Braden helped us find the exact cars we wanted and was very patient with us while we test drove several different cars. He was very informative and very polite. Justin took time out to go over several financial offers and helped us choose the best one. I mean, the fact that we bought two cars speaks for itself. We will be referring our friends and family. Professional, courteous, understanding.. We came to Sunset Ford after we were treated So badly by Tony at Jim Butler..seems being loyal and buying 3 cars at a dealership really means nothing We came to Sunset Ford after we were treated So badly by Tony at Jim Butler..seems being loyal and buying 3 cars at a dealership really means nothing to them. I have never owned a Ford and was a bit unsure, but Cory Pupillo and Alex Choucri were kind and answered every question. Alex smoothed a hiccup, and Justin was excellent with the paperwork. I even returned after purchase, as I had a tech question with my 2014 Edge, and Cory explained things very kindly. I will never go anywhere else for another car, and highly recommend Sunset Ford. Another pleasant car buying experience About a year ago I bought a certified pre-owned vehicle from the folks at Sunset Ford in St. Louis, MO. The experience was great so when it came time About a year ago I bought a certified pre-owned vehicle from the folks at Sunset Ford in St. Louis, MO. The experience was great so when it came time that I was thinking about trading in my vehicle I reached out them once again. They stayed true to form and once again exceeded my expectations. Dan Dopuch took me on test drives of several vehicles and when showed he understood what I wanted when he suggested a vehicle I wasn't even thinking of which they had on their lot. He made sure that I left with a vehicle that fit everything I was looking for. Justin Lombard from the finance team capped off the experience by getting me some great financing offers and walking me through the options. I've also utilized the service department many times and I have always been very pleased with them. I've been very satisfied with these folks on every level! More

From the time that Casey greeted me at the door until I drove off the lot with a new F150 Tremor there wasn't any high pressure tactics. I was able to compare two trucks from two different dealerships, then return to Sunset to close the deal with no hassles. Got a great price on a great truck. Justin made purchasing the truck while being from Illinois a breeze and took care of the out of state taxes and registration. More
