The service department is very professional and efficient. We had a recall fixed and a new key added. I know the battery had to be disconnected to do the work which cancels all the settings. I get efficient. We had a recall fixed and a new key added. I know the battery had to be disconnected to do the work which cancels all the settings. I get in the car and have no previous settings left. The gentlemen’s helped set up things when we left with it. It would be nice to have the assistance again because once they are set the customer doesn’t normally change them. More

Took my car in to have the air filter adjusted after my last service. Ended up not having an air filter installed at all. Drove 5000+ miles without an engine air filter. Toyota of Des Moines is terrible an last service. Ended up not having an air filter installed at all. Drove 5000+ miles without an engine air filter. They were very professional and courteous and greet you with a smile when entering the service bay. When explaining the problem or situation, you can tell that they were as interested in getting to solutio with a smile when entering the service bay.
