Great and quick service! I didn’t have appointment but they fit me in on Sat morning for routine service work. Told me it could be 30 min but ended up being maybe 45 min. The service rep apologized for it taking long than planned....even though it was my own fault I didn’t make an appointment in the first place! Definitely the most efficient service department I have worked with in the 30 years I have been in DSM! More

Dependable good service I went for a routine oil change and mentioned that I had 2 tires with slow leaks. They discovered a nail in each tire and fixed both. The service advisors are quick to get you in and out. I have a 2016 Highlander on lease, so it really hasn't needed much but oil changes, but I enjoy coming here to get that done (as much as one can enjoy getting their oil changed - ha!) I did have a wind noise problem, which I was pretty sure they'd say they couldn't find. But they took me seriously and did! They took the time to isolate the noise and fix the problem. More
