Service Above and Beyond I've never been disappointed by the service department. While this appointment was for a 90,000 mile service maintenance. May service I have always gotten great service from your dealership. I had both vehicles hit their service interval last week and was able to bring them both in I have always gotten great service from your dealership. Great and quick service! I didn’t have appointment but they fit me in on Sat morning for routine service work. Told me it could be 30 min but ended up being maybe 45 min. The I didn’t have appointment but they fit me in on Sat morning for routine service work. Told me it could be 30 min but ended up being maybe 45 min. The service rep apologized for it taking long than planned....even though it was my own fault I didn’t make an appointment in the first place! Definitely the most efficient service department I have worked with in the 30 years I have been in DSM! More
