Felt like I was in an International Airport when stepping inside this dealership. A tad overwhelming at first, but once I settled in I realized it felt nothing like a "car lot." Justin was great from the beginning in October/November when we ended up ordering a Grand Highlander until we picked up on April 6. The time line he presented to us ended up to be right on what he said. when we ended up ordering a Grand Highlander until we picked up on April 6. My only issue was the lack of movement from the dealership on being willing to allow me to pay anything south of full retail. Going in ordering a car 4 or 5 months and the lack of vehicles I was aware of my lack of leverage to negotiate a better price. With that being said, having bought 3 previous vehicles from the dealership and deciding to go with them instead of O'brien I thought would have warranted them giving me something in good faith to make me feel good and have me come back for next vehicle. Instead I got the feeling, "this is what we can charge and get, if he doesn't buy then they can sell it to someone else." This is probably a true statement but a good faith nominal movement would have given me that positive feeling of wanting to definitely come back and purchase again. That is why I came back in the first place. I had that feeling from my previous 3 purchases. I thought that part of this process was impersonal. More

Everyone was friendly and helpful. We got a good deal without a lot of haggling, which was nice. The day we were there the salespeople were not allowed to have any chairs.
