He was a pleasure to deal with and exerted zero pressure that I had to purchase vehicle through him. We negotiated price satisfactory to both sides with no tension and he assured all available rebates were captured to help bring the price down.. Also, Justin supported a VG and fair trade-in price for my '14 Accord to help seal the deal. And one of the managers Anthony Catena stepped in on Justin's day off to help answer few questions when i called the day before my pick-up. Anthony also followed up later in day with another call to confirm all was set. Very nice gesture Also, the car was spotless when i picked it up, they truly prepped it great and vehicle was just delivered 1/2 day before I picked it up.. thanks Justin & team!!! More

Great purchasing experience My wife and I found a BMW online, made a call and left a deposit with Justin since we could not get to the dealer right away. Keep in mind we drove 2 hours to get to Bridgewater BMW. Upon arriving we were greeted with a smile by reception. Justin showed us the car and it was a great car but not what we were looking for, again this was sight unseen being an online interest. We were about ready to leave and Justin took a look at some inventory that was just about to hit the lot. We checked out the car and it was perfect! Justin worked with Anthony and next thing you know we were signing papers with David. We arrived the dealership at 6pm, by now it was after their closing time of 8pm. We walked out of Davids office and everyone was still waiting for us after we closed to send us off on our way with our new Beemer! Even John was hanging around waiting for us to give my wife a demo of the cars features! From online, phone conversations, texting, visiting the dealership in person to driving off the lot all we can say is we will be back! Thanks again Justin, Anthony, David and John!
