Poor Followup Had a flawless purchase experience with a vehicle on inventory not available at my regular N-NJ dealer. However,3 months down the line, a subsequent a Had a flawless purchase experience with a vehicle on inventory not available at my regular N-NJ dealer. However,3 months down the line, a subsequent account issue with BMW connected drive services was handled extremely poorly and has tainted my confidence for this dealership as below: As per BMW assist, the dealer recently submitted information for a customer with a similar name to the remote services department which wiped my data after a seamless 2-3 months of use. Calls to BMW assist required that the dealer resubmit the information to rectify the error as passcode/ associated emails and phone numbers were all replaced to this erroneous submission. The sales rep was less than enthusiastic about correcting the error, after a failed attempt via email, further correspondence was ignored. Subsequent voice mails were never answered x 2 weeks. Finally got hold of the sales rep who attempted to resubmit the info and failed, but never got a call back from him updating/ stating this. I had to escalate to BMW assist managerial staff who required doccumentation showing proof of ownership before they could reassign my account to me, something the rep. (due to their mistake in erasing my account in the first place) could have assisted in. I have dealt with multiple BMW dealerships in the N-NJ area over the last 15 years (12 total vehicles), all of whom had tremendous post sale customer service. What I just experienced here was akin to lesser brands where all is great when the sale is made but the aftercare is non existent. As a luxury brand, the BMW consumer expects a higher level of courtesy and professionalism throughout the entire ownership process for issues large OR small. BMW of Bridgewater has failed miserably due to their apathy, lack of follow up and poor communication. The impression that has been imparted was once the car was sold and no money was to be made, the customer doesn't matter. This dealership apparently prides itself in a high customer rating; and rightfully so, they deserve 5 stars for the sale process. The 1 star is for the service/courtesy/professionalism that you expect from a BMW dealership after you drive home and which was absent in my experience. My family will gladly be taking all 3 of their vehicles due shortly for a end of lease return and purchasing replacements further north of this dealership. More

Worked with me on the test drive and the whole buying experiences. Given that I am recently moving back from Asia to US, and I am moving into New Jersey from Chicago, I had to set up everything from scratch: license, registration, you name it, I have to do it. The dealership and Justin set up everything for me. Also, one thing I like about working with Justin is that he is very responsive over emails. This makes the whole communication processes much quicker, vs. having to call all the time. I am one happy customer and will definitely recommend again the dealership and Justin. More

Started out with Internet inquiry but from what we were looking for, Amelia had handed off inquiry to Justin. And he was super! Went in a following weekend, met Justin, did test drive loved it. Very knowledgeable, enthusiastic about the product and friendly. The deal we received was unbelievable. Following week after, We met with the finance manage Ozzy, took care of the deal quickly and smoothly, and really took care of us. We got an BMW X1, Had a friendly Service person go over vehicle and controls, etc.. And we were on our way out. Big fan of smaller family owned dealerships like Bridgewater BMW because you become a customer/family for life. Loving our new car!! More
