Great Customer Service I initially visited another BMW dealership closest to my house, but decided to drive an hour away because of the superb service at BMW of Bridgewater. I initially visited another BMW dealership closest to my house, but decided to drive an hour away because of the superb service at BMW of Bridgewater. I first began corresponding with Amelia. She was great! We emailed back and forth for about 2 weeks. She was able to find my perfect car and matched me up with Justin. Dealing with Justin was just as great. He was very transparent and gave me all of my options and in the end I didn't feel taken advantage of. Lastly I met with Ozzy the financing manager. He is soo knowledgeable and takes the time to make sure you understand everything. Overall the hour drive was totally worth it for the impeccable customer service provided at BMW of Bridgewater. And i am extremely happy with my 2016 x4 :). I would totally recommend them to anyone who is sick of being treated like a task at dealerships. More
