Thank you for taking the time to review. It seems you had wanted a new headlight when the headlight was working properly as per the CPO guidelines. Then stated you were not taking the vehicle unless we replace the headlight. I apologized and let you know that we unfortunately cannot replace the headlight and you do not have to purchase this particular vehicle where at that point you decided to leave. Fact #1 : There was moisture in the headlights , when you went out you also observed it, that is why you came back and told me it is normal to have slight moisture in the headlights during carwash and it should go away when you turn on the headlights. You calling this normal is concerning to say the least. Fact #2 : I said I don't want the car in this condition, before we could discuss the next steps or way to settle my concern, you rudely told me "if you don't want the car you can leave" verbatim. Your arrogant behavior was uncalled for and unjustified. Customer has the right to raise concerns and bring it to the attention of the dealer, it does not mean that you ask the customer to leave it does not suit your purpose. When you do not even have the courtesy to acknowledge that you were rude, what is there to discuss.
