While we waited for financing to be approved Boomarito was so hospitable by offering refreshments and T.V. Mr. Chong was our closing finance manager, and he was charismatic and answered all of our questions. We have bought 4 vehicles from a different dealer and our next vehicle will be purchased from Justin at Boomarito. Thanks for a fantastic experience and we are blessed for our new 2017 Expedition!! More

Very responsive I sent an email about the specific vehicle I was interested in on a Saturday evening. Justin Phillips reasoned on Sunday & invited me to set up a time I sent an email about the specific vehicle I was interested in on a Saturday evening. Justin Phillips reasoned on Sunday & invited me to set up a time to look at the car Monday. When I called Monday morning, he doubled checked the lot to make sure the vehicle was still available before setting an appointment later that day. Throughout the buying process he was very patient with our multiple questions. The dealer offered us a very fair price for our very old trade-in vehicle and the financing person was also very patient & didn’t try to push “extras” on us - told us about them, but didn’t use high pressure tactics to try to persuade us. Overall, we were highly satisfied with this process & all the staff. More
