I approached this dealership prior to my purchase day. A neighbor recommended the dealership and a particular salesman. What I experienced on that particular day, made me come back when I was ready. Today when I purchased I was greeted and taken care of as if I was the only customer in the building. My salesman was multi tasking but the service he provided me was uninterrupted. I had the pleasure of speaking to other salesman as well throughout the process. All friendly and appreciated. Scott Ray is an asset to this dealership. Very patient and understanding of my needs. I even had the chance encounter with the dealership manager. He came into the finance part of my transaction to help verify cash funds. Also very polite and friendly. Making a large purchase for myself is always very stressful to me. Scott Ray and the team at Allen Turner Chevrolet made it less so. Thank you all, MaryAnn M Ellison More

I went with my best friend to find a newer vehicle, fully expecting to buy used. Tyler was friendly, gave us a moment to look around. He asked her what she was looking for, price and payments. After she looked around he told her about a new car he would like to show her. In a short time, she had selected a NEW SUV, qualified for financing, signed her paperwork, set up the Chevy app, went over all the bells and whistles, and was on the road. I would recommend Tyler to anyone interested in a new vehicle. Customer service was 5 star! More
