We needed a larger truck to tow our new Airstream. I try to support local businesses if the price warrants the effort. We upgraded from a Silverado 1500 LTZ to a 2500 HD LTZ. Divine intervention allowed the right truck with the right color and options to be waiting for us. I found the truck online after researching several dealerships. I called in, and Ashley set an appointment for me at Allen Turner. She called the next day of the appointment to be sure the set time was still okay. When we arrived at the dealership, the truck was waiting. Our name was on a card on the dash welcoming us, and Justin was there to greet us at the door. Wow! It was very low-key and easy to get a value on our trade, take a test drive, and secure numbers for the sale. In an hour and a half, we agreed to the price and agreed to come back and pick up the new truck the next day. The next morning, we had an appointment to sign the paperwork and pick up our new truck. It was out front spiffed up and ready to go; Justin came out to greet us, and we signed paperwork with Hunter (very helpful and thorough Finance Manager). Justin then helped me with all the electronics on the new truck. He also helped me find a good bed cover for the truck and offered to order it for me. The purchase of our new truck was a very pleasant experience. We did not feel pressured, as some car dealerships do. The dealership's goal is to treat customers like family, which aligns with how I run my business. Thanks to the Allen Turner Crestview dealership and all the unsung heroes we did not meet who got our truck ready for us. More

I drove 880 miles to make a deal with Tyler Moberly and the staff at Allen Turner. Doing business long distance is hard and requires a trust factor times 10! I drove my trade in down from Oklahoma because they were one of about 5 dealers in a 1200 miles radius that had one matching the criteria I was searching hard to locate. The one Tyler they had was perfect with only 7 miles on it. After getting there and doing the first trst drive I found it to have a problem that with the engine resulting in a disaster for my trip! However thankfully Matt, a master mechanic was there on Saturday to replace a manufacture defective spark plug. Matt is a Hero and saved the trip. Tyler introduced me to Matt and Matt explained his diagnosis of reading codes and moving that plug which followed the location in the misfire scan to the next cylinder it went into. Great diagnostics by Matt and made absolute sense to me. During the wait many of the staff and team came over and shared their stories. Some had Oklahoma connections also like Mike a very helful and friendly gentleman who offered information and assistance during a nail biting experience. Not to forget my first internet contact Ashley Davis who did absolutely everything i asked and was a big part of my decision to pursue that truck out of about 5 I'd located in the 1200 miles. I found several dealers with quik incomplete replies elsewhere and some one that was going to surprise me with a $1499 fee when I got there from a 5 hour drive! Let me say I am very analitical and I spent hours checking out reviews, stories told by internet computer automatic replies, and a few that wouldnt even go out and take a picture of the dash with current mileage for me. I will highly recommend these people to anyone who has had dealers treat them wrong as I have. I've said many times, I hate dealerships! I've been looked down on because of the "regular Joe" I am by sales managers with no time for me. Swamped by sales associates looking to "greet em, seat em and sell em! No one wants to deal with a guy that is an Analizer and takes up time needed to get that next sale! Ashley and Tyler were patient and thorough for me and deserved my business. I got an Email from Allen Turner but he was not the Saturday I drove 880 miles from Oklahoma!!. I never exprienced any pressure from this dealership in any way. I sincerely appreciate these folks. Process was easy as can be with no pressure from anyone there! Told them what I was looking for and had keys in my hand within minutes of stepping on the lot. Our 2022 Chevrolet Silverado ZR2 with just 17,000 miles broke down on our way to a family vacation. The whole team at Allen Turner Chevrolet treated us like family.
